STEP ONE - Visit Our Showroom

In our showroom, we have over 250 ranges of blinds and curtains, with our specialist team on hand to provide you with advice and guidance in selecting a product that meets your personal requirements. We also have a full sample service for all of our ranges, your welcome to borrow as many as you need.

STEP TWO - Site Survey

One of our experienced window specialists will arrive at a pre-booked time and carry out a full site survey. We will measure all areas at your request and provide further advice and guidance based on your windows. We will always take moisture readings with our specialist equipment for all blinds installations.

STEP THREE - Quotation

Following our site survey we will provide you with a free of charge, no obligation, detailed quotation to meet with your personal requirements. We can provide you with as many options as you require. We also guarantee to price match any local competitor on a like for like quotation!

STEP FOUR - Placing Your Order

If you are happy with the quotation we have provided, it is now time to confirm colours and place your order. We require a 50% part payment at the time the order is placed, this can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card or by bank transfer. We will then immediately order your new blinds or curtains. Not long now, Exciting times!

STEP FIVE - Booking Your Fitting Date/s

Once your product arrives we will contact you to arrange a date for the installation. This is arranged at a date and time that is suitable for you. If you are not able to be there, you are more than welcome to leave us with a key and we can have it all ready for when you get home!

STEP SIX - Installation Day

Our team will arrive at your home in our uniforms and company vehicles at a pre-scheduled time and carry out the installation of your new blinds with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Once the installation is complete they will remove all waste materials and even hoover up.
