I’m someone who enjoys learning about military history and the stories, strategies and events that have shaped the world. In my free time, I love riding motorbikes because it gives me a real sense of freedom and adventure.

Spending time with my family is also very important to me, and I value the moments we share together. In my work, I take pride in giving customers a great experience when they are buying shutters and blinds.

I work hard to understand what they need and help them find the right solution, making sure they feel confident and happy with their choice.

I’m the Sales and Customer Service Manager at Carpet Trader Bicester, where I love helping customers find flooring, blinds and beds they’ll genuinely love and still love years later.

I’m big on honest advice, clear communication and making the whole process feel easy and stress free.

When I’m not in store, I’m usually spending time with my husband, being kept on my toes by my two mischievous beagles, Cara and Frankie, or catching up with family and friends.

I take real pride in making sure every customer feels looked after from start to finish.
